Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Antico cappello by Giosetta Fioroni was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in December 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 5,500.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giosetta Fioroni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Interno familiare in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 86,557.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Antico cappello von Giosetta Fioroni wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 5.500,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giosetta Fioroni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Interno familiare im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 86.557,00.
