Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Giorgio Belloni could be acquired at Il Ponte in June last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Marina changed hands for EUR 200.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giorgio Belloni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Italian Village on a Lake in October 2004 with an auction result of USD 47,800.00 (€ 37,501.96).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giorgio Belloni konnte im Juni letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Marina für EUR 200,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giorgio Belloni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An Italian Village on a Lake im Oktober 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.800,00 (€ 37.501,96).
