Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Naturaleza muerta con peras by Ginés Parra was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2015. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 5,287.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ginés Parra have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blue Landscape in February 2012 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,835.73).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 5.287,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ginés Parra auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blue Landscape im Februar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.835,73).
