Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nel Ventre Del Compasso Il Vulcano È La Colonna by Gilberto Zorio was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in November 2013. The price achieved of EUR 15,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gilberto Zorio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 281,000.00 (€ 313,042.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Nel Ventre Del Compasso Il Vulcano È La Colonna von Gilberto Zorio kam im November 2013 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 15.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gilberto Zorio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 281.000,00 (€ 313.042,51).
