The work Bomschuiten at anchor by Gerhard Arij Ludwig Morgenstjerne Munthe was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2015. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,625.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gerhard Arij Ludwig Morgenstjerne Munthe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Norwegian idyll in November 2010 with an auction result of GBP 361,250.00 (€ 431,693.20).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bomschuiten at anchor von Gerhard Arij Ludwig Morgenstjerne Munthe kam im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.625,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gerhard Arij Ludwig Morgenstjerne Munthe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Norwegian idyll im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 361.250,00 (€ 431.693,20).
