Admittedly, works by Gerasimos Steris have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figures in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 57,600.00 (€ 84,762.30).

Die Arbeit Quatre Personnages von Gerasimos Steris kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 17.850,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerasimos Steris auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Figures im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 57.600,00 (€ 84.762,30).
