Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ger Lataster was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2012. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,375.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ger Lataster achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 52,500.00 (€ 44,987.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ger Lataster kam im September 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.375,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ger Lataster erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 52.500,00 (€ 44.987,15).
