Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ho Ho Ho by George Rodrigue was sold in the Deck the WallsPrints & Multiples Online auction at Bonhams in New York in December 2020. The price achieved of USD 1,275.00 (€ 1,042.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Rodrigue achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work I Hear The Blues, I See The Blues, I Sing The Blues in March 2009 with an auction result of USD 170,500.00 (€ 128,572.51).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.275,00 (€ 1.042,52) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden.
