Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.110,04) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von George Howard auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bordighera im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.987,50 (€ 16.591,22).
