It achieved a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,965.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by George Henry Harlow - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Kitty Stephens, Later Countess Of Essex (1794 - 1882), which sold at auction in June 2008 for GBP 20,000.00 (€ 25,280.67).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.965,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%.
