The work Sandwich by Gede Mahendra Yasa was worth HKD 300,000.00 (€ 27,853.75) to a buyer in October 2010. This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 95,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Gede Mahendra Yasa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Origen's Gambit in November 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,750,000.00 (€ 188,414.02).

Die Arbeit Sandwich von Gede Mahendra Yasa war einem Käufer im Oktober 2010 HKD 300.000,00 (€ 27.853,75) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 95.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gede Mahendra Yasa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Origen's Gambit im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.750.000,00 (€ 188.414,02).
