Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2021 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Classical Chinese Paintings, which included the work Landscape by Gao Jian. The price achieved of HKD 277,200.00 (€ 30,834.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Other works by Gao Jian have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2013 the work Landscape was auctioned for HKD 552,000.00 (€ 52,381.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Gao Jian zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 277.200,00 (€ 30.834,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Gao Jian konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2013 die Arbeit Landscape für HKD 552.000,00 (€ 52.381,93) versteigert.
