Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ganesh Haloi was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2006. The price achieved of USD 8,400.00 (€ 6,620.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ganesh Haloi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 50,250.00 (€ 59,532.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ganesh Haloi kam im September 2006 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 8.400,00 (€ 6.620,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ganesh Haloi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.250,00 (€ 59.532,68).
