This work without title by Ganesh Haloi was sold in the Indian Art Including Miniatures & Modern Indian Paintings auction at Sothebys in New York in September 2006. The auction ended at the price of USD 30,000.00 (€ 23,646.25), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ganesh Haloi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One, which sold at auction in October 2021 for GBP 50,250.00 (€ 59,532.68).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ganesh Haloi wurde im September 2006 in der Auktion Indian Art Including Miniatures & Modern Indian Paintings bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 23.646,25) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ganesh Haloi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für GBP 50.250,00 (€ 59.532,68) versteigert wurde.
