Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape by Ganesh Haloi was sold in the International Modern & Contemporary Art at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, Dubai auction at Christies in Dubai in May 2006. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 16,800.00 (€ 13,091.25). Admittedly, works by Ganesh Haloi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 50,250.00 (€ 59,532.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Ganesh Haloi wurde im Mai 2006 in der Auktion International Modern & Contemporary Art at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, Dubai bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 16.800,00 (€ 13.091,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ganesh Haloi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.250,00 (€ 59.532,68).
