Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2018 Il Ponte held the auction Fotografia, which included the work Napoli, Gasometri 1982 by Gabriele Basilico. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,500.00 15% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gabriele Basilico achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Contact in October 2010 with an auction result of GBP 91,250.00 (€ 105,212.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2018 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Fotografia durch, in der auch die Arbeit Napoli, Gasometri 1982 von Gabriele Basilico zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.500,00 und damit 15% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gabriele Basilico erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Contact im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 91.250,00 (€ 105.212,68).
