Sold at the lower estimate price
In July 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Fotografia, which included the work Arles 2001 by Gabriele Basilico. The result of EUR 1,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gabriele Basilico achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Contact in October 2010 with an auction result of GBP 91,250.00 (€ 105,212.68).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juli 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Fotografia durch, in der auch die Arbeit Arles 2001 von Gabriele Basilico zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gabriele Basilico erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Contact im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 91.250,00 (€ 105.212,68).
