In April 2011 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction The Ullens Collection - The Nascence of Avant Garde China, which included the work Light Form Script by Feng Mingqiu. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 112,500.00 (€ 9,776.67), 61% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Feng Mingqiu; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Light Form Script: Heart Sutra (Two Works) sold at auction in April 2015 with the realized price of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,890.97).

Im April 2011 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion The Ullens Collection - The Nascence of Avant Garde China durch, in der auch die Arbeit Light Form Script von Feng Mingqiu zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 112.500,00 (€ 9.776,67) und damit 61% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Feng Mingqiu; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Light Form Script: Heart Sutra (Two Works) im April 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 15.890,97).
