Auction result well in line with expectations
The work An Italianate Wooded River Landscape With Shepherds And Their Herd Of Goats In The Foreground, Two Travellers And A Donkey On The Bridge Beyond by Frederik de Moucheron was sold in the Old Master Paintings auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in November 2008. The price achieved of EUR 12,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Frederik de Moucheron have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An extensive Italianate landscape with travellers on a wooded track in July 2008 with an auction result of GBP 51,650.00 (€ 65,621.91).

Die Arbeit An Italianate Wooded River Landscape With Shepherds And Their Herd Of Goats In The Foreground, Two Travellers And A Donkey On The Bridge Beyond von Frederik de Moucheron wurde im November 2008 in der Auktion Old Master Paintings bei Sothebys in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
