The work The red wall by Fred Uhlman was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2011. It achieved a price of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,629.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fred Uhlman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portmerion Bay, which sold at auction in November 2006 for GBP 7,800.00 (€ 11,583.24).

Die Arbeit The red wall von Fred Uhlman kam im Oktober 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.629,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Für andere Arbeiten von Fred Uhlman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portmerion Bay beobachtet, die im November 2006 für GBP 7.800,00 (€ 11.583,24) versteigert wurde.
