Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2010 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Chateau by the lake by Fred Uhlman. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 687.50 (€ 826.64). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fred Uhlman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portmerion Bay in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 7,800.00 (€ 11,583.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chateau by the lake von Fred Uhlman zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 687,50 (€ 826,64) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fred Uhlman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portmerion Bay im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.800,00 (€ 11.583,24).
