This artwork by Fred Cuming achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in November 2021. In the Modern British and Irish Art auction, the work Pink Flowers in a Vase sold for GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,245.45) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Admittedly, works by Fred Cuming have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Setting Sun Across the Bay in November 2021 with an auction result of GBP 8,925.00 (€ 10,478.79).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Fred Cuming erzielte im November 2021 bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art wurde die Arbeit Pink Flowers in a Vase für GBP 1.912,50 (€ 2.245,45) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fred Cuming auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Setting Sun Across the Bay im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 8.925,00 (€ 10.478,79).
