Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nude by Fred Carasso was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2006. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,600.00. Admittedly, works by Fred Carasso have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A nude sitting in December 2001 with an auction result of EUR 25,850.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nude von Fred Carasso kam im November 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fred Carasso auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A nude sitting im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 25.850,00.
