Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A river landscape with figures in rowing boats before a tower on the outskirts of a walled town by Frans de Hulst was auctioned at Bonhams in London in April last year. The price achieved of GBP 6,375.00 (€ 7,601.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Frans de Hulst have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Zwei kleine Landschaften in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 37,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A river landscape with figures in rowing boats before a tower on the outskirts of a walled town von Frans de Hulst kam im April letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.375,00 (€ 7.601,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Frans de Hulst auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Zwei kleine Landschaften im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.200,00.
