In December 2010 Christies in London held the auction Old Master & Decorative, Modern & Contemporary Prints, which included the work Modern British prints by Frank Short. The result of GBP 500.00 (€ 580.00) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Other works by Frank Short have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2006 the work The Valley of The Ouse, Newhaven was auctioned for GBP 456.00 (€ 667.53).

Im Dezember 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Master & Decorative, Modern & Contemporary Prints durch, in der auch die Arbeit Modern British prints von Frank Short zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 580,00) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00. Andere Arbeiten von Frank Short konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2006 die Arbeit The Valley of The Ouse, Newhaven für GBP 456,00 (€ 667,53) versteigert.
