The price achieved of USD 7,050.00 (€ 8,338.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Frank Coburn have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Busy Downtown Evening (Los Angeles) in April 2019 with an auction result of USD 50,075.00 (€ 44,705.83).
