Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Piccola sirena by Franco Gentilini was auctioned at Il Ponte in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franco Gentilini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ragazza con ventaglio in November 2000 with an auction result of ITL 84,600,000.00 (€ 77,846.79).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Piccola sirena von Franco Gentilini kam im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.700,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franco Gentilini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ragazza con ventaglio im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 84.600.000,00 (€ 77.846,79).
