In June 2006 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist and Spanish Art, which included the work The Bouquet by Francisco Miralles y Galup. The auction ended at the price of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,340.95), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francisco Miralles y Galup achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Un día en el parque (A day in the park) in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 54,000.00 (€ 80,133.28).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist and Spanish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Bouquet von Francisco Miralles y Galup zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.340,95) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francisco Miralles y Galup erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Un día en el parque (A day in the park) im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 54.000,00 (€ 80.133,28).
