In March 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction British and European Art, which included the work A young lady with a garland of flowers by Francisco Miralles y Galup. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,080.00 (€ 4,792.95), 36% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francisco Miralles y Galup achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Un día en el parque (A day in the park) in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 54,000.00 (€ 80,133.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 36 % übertroffen
Im März 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion British and European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit A young lady with a garland of flowers von Francisco Miralles y Galup zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.080,00 (€ 4.792,95) und damit 36% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francisco Miralles y Galup erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Un día en el parque (A day in the park) im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 54.000,00 (€ 80.133,28).
