The work Lanterne by Fiorenzo Tomea was sold in the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in May last year. The result of EUR 1,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fiorenzo Tomea achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spiaggia in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 70,500,000.00 (€ 60,463.12).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Lanterne von Fiorenzo Tomea wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fiorenzo Tomea erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spiaggia im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 70.500.000,00 (€ 60.463,12).
