The work Festa in campagna by Fiorenzo Tomea was sold in the 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures auction at Il Ponte in December last year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,600.00 63% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fiorenzo Tomea achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spiaggia in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 70,500,000.00 (€ 60,463.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 63 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Festa in campagna von Fiorenzo Tomea wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.600,00 und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fiorenzo Tomea erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spiaggia im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 70.500.000,00 (€ 60.463,12).
