Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2010 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century European Paintings Including German, Austrian and Central European Paintings, The Orientalist Sale, Spanish Painting and the Scandinavian Sale, which included the work German tritonen (Tritons) by Ferdinand Keller. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,201.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Ferdinand Keller have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2019 the work Diana was auctioned for EUR 28,750.00.

Im Juni 2010 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings Including German, Austrian and Central European Paintings, The Orientalist Sale, Spanish Painting and the Scandinavian Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit German tritonen (Tritons) von Ferdinand Keller zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.201,16) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ferdinand Keller konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2019 die Arbeit Diana für EUR 28.750,00 versteigert.
