Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Diana Amongst The Spoils Of The Hunt by Ferdinand Keller for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,473.61). This price was achieved in the auction 19th Century European & Orientalist Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Ferdinand Keller have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2019 by the work Diana at EUR 28,750.00.
