Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Misty Landscape by Feng Yiming was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2007. It changed hands for a price of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 15,298.20) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 150,000.00 – 180,000.00. Admittedly, works by Feng Yiming have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mysterious Clouds in the Fall in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 680,000.00 (€ 70,837.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Misty Landscape von Feng Yiming kam im November 2007 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 15.298,20) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 150.000,00 – 180.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Feng Yiming auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mysterious Clouds in the Fall im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 680.000,00 (€ 70.837,92).
