Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Golden Autumn by Feng Yiming was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 320,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 325,000.00 (€ 32,225.21). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Feng Yiming - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mysterious Clouds in the Fall, which sold at auction in May 2012 for HKD 680,000.00 (€ 70,837.92).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Golden Autumn von Feng Yiming wurde im November 2012 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 320.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 325.000,00 (€ 32.225,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Feng Yiming mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mysterious Clouds in the Fall beobachtet, die im Mai 2012 für HKD 680.000,00 (€ 70.837,92) versteigert wurde.
