In July 2020 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Cultivating Delight: Collecting Chinese Art, which included the work Landscape by Feng Yiming. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 40,000.00 (€ 4,382.54), 33% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Feng Yiming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mysterious Clouds in the Fall in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 680,000.00 (€ 70,837.92).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Im Juli 2020 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Cultivating Delight: Collecting Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Feng Yiming zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 40.000,00 (€ 4.382,54) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Feng Yiming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mysterious Clouds in the Fall im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 680.000,00 (€ 70.837,92).
