Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April last year Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Poem by Zeng Guofan by Feng Kanghou. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 50,400.00 (€ 6,093.73). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Feng Kanghou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Three White Furong Seals in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 885,000.00 (€ 107,843.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Poem by Zeng Guofan von Feng Kanghou zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 50.400,00 (€ 6.093,73) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Feng Kanghou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Three White Furong Seals im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 885.000,00 (€ 107.843,17).
