Upper estimate price exceeded by 26 %.
In April last year Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Bronze Inscription by Feng Kanghou. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,617.16), 26% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Feng Kanghou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Three White Furong Seals in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 885,000.00 (€ 107,843.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im April letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bronze Inscription von Feng Kanghou zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.617,16) und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Feng Kanghou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Three White Furong Seals im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 885.000,00 (€ 107.843,17).
