Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Felice Giani - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The garden of the Villa Aldini at Montmorency, with a view of Paris in the distance, which sold at auction in July 2002 for GBP 35,850.00 (€ 57,182.14).
