Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2016 Artcurial held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Paintings and Drawings, which included the work Jeune Femme Lisant Une Histoire À Son Enfant Debout Entre Ses Genoux by Felice Giani. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,560.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Felice Giani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The garden of the Villa Aldini at Montmorency, with a view of Paris in the distance in July 2002 with an auction result of GBP 35,850.00 (€ 57,182.14).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Paintings and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jeune Femme Lisant Une Histoire À Son Enfant Debout Entre Ses Genoux von Felice Giani zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Felice Giani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The garden of the Villa Aldini at Montmorency, with a view of Paris in the distance im Juli 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.850,00 (€ 57.182,14).
