In the Old Master & British Drawings auction, the work Two Studies Of A Reclining Male Nude, With His Left Arm Raised changed hands for GBP 11,875.00 (€ 16,834.76) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Federico Zuccaro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Submission Of The Emperor Frederick Barbarossa To Pope Alexander Iii in January 2010 with an auction result of USD 194,500.00 (€ 140,230.71).
