A top price for Fan Zhibin - as previously expected
The work Sketching at Mount Daqingshan of InnerMongolia by Fan Zhibin was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 195,500.00 (€ 20,127.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 160,000.00 – 220,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sketching at Mount Daqingshan of InnerMongolia is the most expensive artwork by Fan Zhibin that we have observed at auctions so far.
