Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hen And Chickens by Fan Zhibin was sold in the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in May 2017. The price achieved of HKD 35,400.00 (€ 4,042.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fan Zhibin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sketching at Mount Daqingshan of InnerMongolia in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 195,500.00 (€ 20,127.29).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Hen And Chickens von Fan Zhibin wurde im Mai 2017 in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.400,00 (€ 4.042,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fan Zhibin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sketching at Mount Daqingshan of InnerMongolia im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 195.500,00 (€ 20.127,29).
