Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flowers in a Vase by Fan Zhibin was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May last year. The price achieved of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,479.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fan Zhibin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sketching at Mount Daqingshan of InnerMongolia, which sold at auction in October 2014 for HKD 195,500.00 (€ 20,127.29).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flowers in a Vase von Fan Zhibin kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.479,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Fan Zhibin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sketching at Mount Daqingshan of InnerMongolia beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für HKD 195.500,00 (€ 20.127,29) versteigert wurde.
