Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Poem In Regular Script, Ink On Paper, Hanging Scroll by Fan Zengxiang was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2016. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,426.69). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fan Zengxiang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Kaishu in October 2018 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 45,040.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Poem In Regular Script, Ink On Paper, Hanging Scroll von Fan Zengxiang kam im März 2016 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.426,69) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fan Zengxiang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Kaishu im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 45.040,59).
