A top price for Fan Zengxiang
This artwork by Fan Zengxiang achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Calligraphy Couplet In Kaishu sold for HKD 400,000.00 (€ 45,040.59) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00. This high result makes Calligraphy Couplet In Kaishu the most expensive artwork by Fan Zengxiang that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Fan Zengxiang erzielte im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
