Auction result well in line with expectations
The work White Lotus Flower with Dragonfly by Fan Tchunpi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. The price achieved of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,148.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 70,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fan Tchunpi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Flute Player in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 9,440,000.00 (€ 1,110,892.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit White Lotus Flower with Dragonfly von Fan Tchunpi kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 10.148,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 70.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fan Tchunpi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Flute Player im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 9.440.000,00 (€ 1.110.892,17).
