In the American Art auction, the work Boating Lake, Central Park sold for USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,048.59) - well above the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Francis Luis Mora have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 57,600.00 (€ 42,815.73).
