A top price for Ewald Hoinkis - as previously expected
The work 'Görlitz Unter Den Lauben Am Untermarkt', 1926 by Ewald Hoinkis was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2007. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,200.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, 'Görlitz Unter Den Lauben Am Untermarkt', 1926 is the most expensive artwork by Ewald Hoinkis that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit 'Görlitz Unter Den Lauben Am Untermarkt', 1926 von Ewald Hoinkis kam im November 2007 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.200,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden.
