Auction result fails to reach estimate
In January 2024 a collector was able to acquire the work Two compositions by Eugène de Sala for DKK 2,100.00 (€ 1,835.34). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugène de Sala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Notre dames des lesbes" in November 2020 with an auction result of SEK 330,000.00 (€ 32,259.79).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Januar 2024 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Two compositions von Eugène de Sala für DKK 2.100,00 (€ 1.835,34) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugène de Sala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Notre dames des lesbes" im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 330.000,00 (€ 32.259,79).
